Our rates are based on weekly tariffs; the details are provided on the left in the corresponding section.
For the Casa Luna, we distinguish between the high season, early and late season, intermediate season and low season. Our prices are stated in EUROS and for 6 - 8 persons. The rates for lower occupancy can be reduced, according to availability. A flat rate of EUR 250.-- per booking for final cleaning and bed linen/towels is not included in the price and is to be paid additionally irrespective of how long you stay.
The villa will in each case be available to guests from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, it is appreciated if the house could be vacated by 9:30 a.m. at the latest. Arrival and departure should preferably be on Saturdays, other week days or additional days, however, are also possible, subject to availability. The rates for additional days are based on the weekly tariffs (weekly tariff divided by 7).
